Appoinment & Goals Alignment

After you receive, notify your intention to appoint. We'll confirm the booking and join you over a call for a transitions objectives briefing.

Meet Departee

We'll meet with the departing hire and relay your expectations for transition. And agree on a handover plan, inform you and convey any potential risks and contingent plan proposals in the proposal.

Conduct & Document Handover

We'll work closely with the departing hire to transition and document processes.

Meet Replacement Hire

Upon your hire of the new replacement, we'll set expectations and provide a handover timeline and relay those plans to you.

Train Up Replacement Hire

We'll set out executing the handover and sharing any documented SOPs and any training videos with the candidate.

Reporting, Sign-Off and Close

Upon completion of the handover, we'll share and receive feedback on the handover experience among all parties and agree to close. We'll also share a report on learning for process improvement for future consideration.

FAQs

What are the minimum and maximum coverage terms?

The minimum cover term is four (4) weeks and the maximum term commitment is twelve (12) months on full-time committed basis. Extension are possible subject to availability.

What is the minimum notice period to get started?

As little as a week, but it depends on availability.

Do you service full-time or part-time?

For shorter assignments we can offer both. For long assignments, we can work out an average days per week depending on your team’s monthly workload demand needs.

How can I get comfort you’re the right fit?

We offer a one-week training-based trial for assignments of 6 to 12 months. If at the conclusion of the week, you are not happy we are a fit we can part ways at no expense to you.

Do you offer on-site, hybrid or remote servicing?

For Sydney-based assigments: for assignments terms under 3 months we offer full in client office (on-site) and hybrid servicing. For longer periods we a hybrid servicing arrangement. 

For non-Sydney-based assignments: we generally only offer remote, but in some circumstance we discuss a hybrid arrangement with travel expense reimbursement.

Do you charge daily or hourly and how does invoicing work?

On we charge by the day and invoice fortnightly. While can provide fortnightly activity reports, we do not provide this on a minuted or to-the-hour documented basis.
